Teaching Values
Teaching Values is one of the most important gifts we can give our children. Children in America have to make many moral choices. They receive sophisticated messages from the media that we as adults did not experience growing up. Some people behind advertising and programming have an agenda--a purpose that many times is not consistent with your agenda for your child. As of 2005, over 1 trillion dollars was spent crafting imagery with repetitive messages to guide us--and more importantly, our children--in directions not necessarily in their best interest. Catholic in America has researched many of the most popular and inspired resources available for teaching the traditional values which have guided mankind for thousands of years.
